RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
You may return an item within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase in accordance with Articles 9−12 and 13 of the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection," provided the item is in its original condition, with intact packaging, labels, and a receipt confirming the purchase.
Exchanges are also available within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase for a similar item in a different color or size, or for another product from our assortment of the same value or with an additional payment for the price difference.
Used items are not eligible for return or exchange.
The list of non-returnable/non-exchangeable items can be found here: zakon.rada.gov.ua/laws/show/172−94-п. The customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs of returns and exchanges.

METHODS OF RETURN AND EXCHANGE
Return via Nova Poshta (shipping costs are covered by the customer. In case of an exchange, the new item will be shipped after the original item is returned. Refunds for the returned item will be processed within 5 days after receiving it. We reserve the right to deny an exchange or return if the rules and conditions outlined in this section are not followed.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
1. Fill out the return form included in the package with your item.
2. Take a photo of the completed form.
3. Send the photo to our manager on Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/munstudio__/.
4. After confirming all the details are correctly filled out, send the return to the following address:

5. Pay for the shipping and send the package without cash on delivery.
Please remember to include the receipt and the completed return form in the package.

2. Confirm the availability of the desired item for exchange.
3. After confirming the availability, send the item you wish to exchange to the following address:

4. Pay for the shipping and send the package without cash on delivery. We will ship the replacement within 5 days after receiving your returned item.
Important!
Packages sent with cash on delivery or with shipping costs charged to the recipient will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender. When sending a return, you must declare the value of the item equal to the price of the item in the original order.
If you live outside Ukraine, please contact us via any messenger on our website to arrange a return.
Please note that if you request a refund for an item for which you paid customs duties, we cannot refund the duties as we do not collect them.
